When will I receive my order?
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19 UNFORTUNATELY THERE MAY BE DELAYS ON DELIVERIES. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS PLEASE CONTACT US.
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of your order being received. Delivery time frame is estimated between 2-5 workings days from your order being dispatched however please note in some instances (e.g. WA and rural locations) delivery may take up to 10 business days.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you require changes to be made to an order please contact us at email@example.com ASAP as changes can only be made to an order prior to a dispatch confirmation email being received.
What is the return policy?
Unfortunately for hygienic and safety reasons we cannot accept 'change of mind' returns.
